There are a number of spare parts that require to be fitted by an approved engineer. This will be highlighted on the product page itself as shown.
When you add one of these parts to the shopping cart, the shown popup will appear to give you the option to request an engineer to fit this part.
Alternatively, you can call the product support department on 0121 725 1234. Our engineers are NAMAS approved and highly trained with vast knowledge and experience in fitting spare parts, especially for Crypton garage equipment, such as vehicle lifts, brake testers, emission testers etc.
If you choose ‘Continue,’ an engineer request will not be added to your order and you will be required to arrange an engineer from an authorised service personnel instead.
Please Note: products that fail to be maintained in accordance to the manufacturer’s guide as described in the user manual will invalidate the warranty of your product.
Costs
Depending on the part selected and time the engineer requires to fit the part, the cost for an engineer request can vary. However, we will be sure to contact you as soon as we receive a quote from a service engineer. It is therefore important that you provide us with your latest contact details when placing your order.
