Returns Policy

As defined in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer may, provided he or she has taken reasonable care of the Goods, return the goods and be repaid the sales price within 7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and any UK Holiday) of their delivery. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process.

If you want to return an unwanted purchase and it remains unopened and unused, as there is no error on our part we will refund the purchase but we will not refund your delivery costs.

Please be aware that the following goods are excluded from the right to refund:

1.    Goods made to specification or otherwise personalised

2.    Unsealed software

3.    Services or other activities in the form of vouchers that have expired

4.    Used hard drives

5.    Gift vouchers

6.    Digital downloads

These other following conditions must be met

1.    Goods returned must be received in as new condition.

2.    Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, manuals, etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received, then the product is deemed incomplete.

3.    The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.

4.    The goods remain the customer's responsibility during transit and until signed for by the company.

5.    All goods must be returned within 7 days of the RMA date of issue.

6.    If upon receipt the returned goods fail to meet the above conditions then the company may refuse to accept the goods.

7.    A refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the original purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of the return. Refunds cannot be made for postal charges incurred by the customer in returning the goods to us.

8.    A Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) must be obtained from customer services prior to returns. This number MUST be clearly displayed on the returned goods otherwise the return will be rejected and returned to sender.

9.    If the customer would like to return goods outside the return period of 7 days but within 30 days, a re-stocking fee of 10% of the invoice value of the goods (subject to a minimum charge of £30) will apply.

Testing returns

We test every return for faults and defects. If you return an item as faulty or defective and our test team discover nothing wrong then we will return the item to you at your cost.

Goods damaged in transit

The company must be notified within twenty four hours of receipt of an item damaged in transit. All of the packaging the item was shipped in should be retained, if the packaging is obviously damaged, refuse the delivery or only sign for the items as 'Damaged Packaging, items not inspected'. If the packaging and goods inside are obviously damaged, refuse the delivery entirely. Once the damaged items are received back in accordance with our returns procedure we will send a replacement product or, if this is not possible, provide a full refund. Once the goods have been delivered and signed for in good condition responsibility passes to the customer. Goods endorsed as 'received in good condition' or not notified within 24 hours as damaged cannot be guaranteed a replacement product.

Returning large and/or expensive items

For large and/or expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your purchase. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you. If there is no error on our part, we will deduct the cost of the service from your refund.

Warranties

Warranty information will be included with the product when it is sent to you. If you believe your product has developed a fault during its warranty period, please contact us on 0844 6657 689, or complete this form.

Faulty Goods.

If we send you a product that you believe to be faulty, please complete this form and submit it to us, we will then contact you with a RMA number. When you have received this number from us, please send the goods back with this number clearly visible. Without this, we will not be able to exchange/refund an item.

If the item is proved to be faulty, we will send you a replacement item.

The company cannot accept returned items without a Returns Material Authorisation.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
