Delivery Policy

All orders apart from those to the USA and Canada will be dispatched using TNT. Orders to the United States and Canada will be dispatched using FedEx.

All charges will be calculated by the gross weight of the order, and will be confirmed at the checkout before payment is made. If your order contains items with different availability dates, everything will be dispatched when the entire order is ready. All orders will usually be dispatched using a next day delivery service.

When you place an order, we'll estimate dispatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to notify you of this, as well as the tracking number for the relevant courier.
